Delivery charges are for MAINLAND Britain addresses. Please Note that some delivery regions will incur a surcharge. i.e. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc. This will be requested subsequent to the order being placed.
We will send your order, carefully packaged by carrier. We will endeavour to despatch within 2 days so you should receive your order within 3 – 5 working days, although it is usually much quicker. Orders will normally be delivered between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
If nobody is available to receive the order, we usually ask the carrier to ‘Leave Safe’ but they may leave a card to advise that they have been unable to deliver. It is then your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection direct with the courier. If all attempts by the courier to deliver the goods have failed, we will not be liable for any additional delivery costs.
