Our cider is whole juice fermented with natural yeasts and as a result is unique to us at West Milton Cider and may change slightly in flavour and appearance during the year. As a result, the range of both draught and bottled products varies with time and the supply of any particular variety may be limited.
Due to the natural processes of making our Cider it may occasionally appear slightly cloudy or have a small amount of sediment present. This is not harmful and indeed may add to the character.
The strength, (alcohol content) taste, and quality of any product may vary according to the batch or barrel it is taken from but it’s strength is always shown on the label.
All our products are best stored in a cool dry place.
We hope that you appreciate that all natural ciders have a limited lifespan and as such we would recommend consumption of our ‘Bag in a Box’ Cider within 6-8 weeks of purchase and our bottled Cider within 3 days of opening.
All our products are delivered by carrier. Whilst we attempt to deliver within 3 – 5 working days, this is not guaranteed and no refunds will be given for deliveries which take longer than anticipated.
Some delivery regions will incur a surcharge. i.e. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc. This will be requested subsequent to the order being placed.
Refunds are given at our discretion on return of the complete consignment.
